By coupling DNA synthesis and readout with semiconductor technologies, this field seeks to encode digital information directly into DNA sequences in a massively parallel and programmable manner, opening new paradigms for future data storage and molecular computing.

    Electrochemical Sensor Electrochemical sensors based on CMOS platforms enable sensitive and real-time detection of biochemical signals at the cellular and molecular levels. By integrating electrochemical transducers with on-chip electronics, this research supports scalable, multiplexed biosensing for applications such as neural chemistry monitoring, cellular metabolism analysis, and bio-electronic interfaces.
